With over 20 years of experience, Yolanda is dedicated to helping others make informed real estate decisions. Her passion for the industry started in childhood, when she accompanied her grandmother to collect rent from her Nashville properties. The strong, trusting relationships her grandmother built with clients inspired Yolanda to do the same in her own career.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2001, Yolanda has served clients with integrity and expertise. She is an active member of the TN Realtors Board, the Middle TN Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Yolanda was honored as the 2017 MTAR Realtor of the Year and has received several awards for her top production and community service.
In addition to her real estate work, Yolanda volunteers with Meals on Wheels and church ministries. As a USAF veteran, she is particularly passionate about helping military families with relocations. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, planning vacations, and spending time with her husband and four daughters. Yolanda looks forward to working with you!
